Commission Guidelines

Pricing Policies
>Everything listed is in USD
>Paypal ONLY
>Half is upfront, then payed after it is done
>Complex backgrounds (landscapes, cityscapes,etc) will be an extra $10, simplistic ones (Solid color, vector art, gradient, etc) are free.
>Extra people are an additional 50% markup from the starting price.
>Animating a drawing will add on 20% - 50% of the starting price depending on complexity
Refunds
> Full refund if:
- I am unable to complete the commission.
- Client cancels before I send the first WIP.
- Client isn't satisfied with the initial sketch after 3 revisions.
- I cancel the commission.
> Partial refund if:
- Client cancels after the first WIP is sent.
>Partial refunds range from 80% to 25% depending on the progress of the piece, this is to make up for my own time that I would have already put in.
Commission Policies
>NO: NSFW*, Furry, Gore, Mecha, Fetish, Controversial Topics

*slightly lewd (suggestive poses, cleavage etc.) are OK

> Indies and some small companies can use my art on YouTube or Twitch without being charged extra.

For me:
> I own all the rights to all the work I create.
> I can reject any request no matter what it may have.
> Your commission may be posted on social media (unless requested not to).
> I may use your commission for profit (unless requested not to).
> I may use your commission for my own portfolio to present to more clients.
> If I use your commission, you will be credited as the owner.

Commission Process

Requesting a Commission

  • Fill out the google form

  • Wait time will be usually around 2-3 weekdays

Start of Commission

  • Half is payed upfront

  • Initial rough sketch is sent after a week of first payment.

  • After the client is satisfied with the initial rough sketch, the first WIP is sent in the following 2 weeks. Once the WIP is received, partial refunds start. Initial sketch revisions max out at 3

During and Post Commission

  • Commissions will take time as I am still in school but I will send WIPs on my own or by request. (First WIP is always sent after 2 weeks)

  • If you have any questions please ask, I appreciate the assertiveness.

  • Before receiving a finished piece, I will request to be sent the last half of the payment.

  • After receiving a finished piece please remember the terms of service above.
